In order to give the scientific community an opportunity to publish their academic works in an international book published by
Cambridge Scholars Publishing,
and meet the large number of requests from the scientific community, the organizing committee of the 3rd ICECE decided to extend
the deadline for individual submissions (papers and posters) from 16 April 2012 to Friday, 27 APRIL 2012.

We are glad to inform you that the organizing committee has just contracted Cambridge Scholars Publishing to publish the papers presented
at the 3rd International Congress on Early Childhood Education (3rd ICECE). Cambridge Scholars Publishing is an academic Publisher aiming
to promote knowledge and learning through the production and global distribution of valuable academic works.
The book which will be published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing is intended to be produced as a volume which is both coherent and self-sufficient.
The final product will be an international book with introduction and sections rather than a mere collection.
Also, if presenters want to send their papers to journals below, priority will be given to these papers in evaluation and publication process.
